  • "Don't know where to start... But here goes. Traveling across country an harley is on a hydrolift on the back if a Motorcoach. One if the straps that secures bike snapped the back foot peg right off. Called Ashley and then Brett and he said bring it in. First we went to Parts and Jack helped us determine what we needed while the service dept. took care of tapping our the bolt out that sheared off. Brett found a piece that was available and had it installed. Within an hour they had the bike fixed so we could be on our way. Not only that, they washed all the road grime off for us. Way to go you far excited our expectations and want to thank you again for taking care of us so efficiently and in an excellent manner. P.S. This is one if the best stocked merchandised store with lots of clothes discounts. So men, bring your lady with you!"

  • "The last 2 bikes I have bought from Wieblers Quad Cities Harley-Davidson. This is my 6th Harley and the other 4 I purchased from other Harley dealers. I cannot express how Wieblers has become customer friendly and very conscientious about what every customers needs are. From start to finish they are very professional and dedicated to serving their customers to this day. Over the last year I have sent 3 friends to Wieblers who said they would never deal with them because they tried years ago. They all felt so comfortable each one bought a new bike (Trike, Street Glide, & CVO Ultra) without looking at other dealers. Without going on and on I will say Harley-Davidson Corporate needs to recognize that they are lucky to have Wieblers Quad Cities in their dealer organization."

I appreciate the sales tags posted up front on the bikes. Tyler in sales took the time with me even though I didn't purchase my bike here to inform me of several advantages of dealing with this dealership. Straight forward, honest and willing to work with you. That is why I asked my friend to check these guys out. My friend bought a 2015 Ultra Limited based on his experience. In turn I have purchased and will purchase all of my parts and give Wiebler's service a shot at my business as well. The motorclothes staff goes above and beyond based on my experience. Jack and Steve in the parts department, OUTSTANDING. We all work hard for our money and you can spend it anywhere you like, if you are in the market for anything Harley it's right in your back yard. I have owned 6 Harley's since 1999, and feel like I have been missing out on keeping my business local. My next one will be bought here. Wiebler's gets it !"

  • "Had an issue with my bike while I was on vacation in the Quad Cities. They took time out of their schedule to run a trailer down to the casino where my bike was located and hauled it back to the dealership. They did what they could to get me running but I needed a part with a long leadtime. They did not even charge me for the troublshooting as they felt bad that they could not get me back on the road. Great service guys you should be comended.... will recommend this dealership to my local Harley buddies. Thanks again for the help, Mark!"

  • "We were traveling through Iowa on our way back home when my bud got a flat tire on his Softail Slim. We called up Wieblers and they sent a truck and a trailer out right away to pick him up. When the bike arrived at Wieblers they immediately got the bike on the lift and started fixing it. While there, they also fitted my Street Glide in for a quick oil change. Amazing people! Thanks to Riley, Nick, Jerry and Derek in service. Special thanks to John for showing me the 2014 Street Glides and answering all my questions. John even hooked us up with some great local eats at the Machinery Shed. Great bunch of folks! They turned a not so fun time into a great experience. Thanks to all at Wieblers!"

True to the benefits of the VIP Biker Pass, your service team not only took my bike in, without question, they turned it around in 24 hours. Now, that might not seem extraordinary, except, I know that this is a very busy time for your service department. Nevertheless, they fulfilled the promise of the VIP Biker Pass, and for that I am truly grateful and extremely impressed. Thank you for continuing to make my Harley-Davidson experience so much fun. I have owned a 2004 Sportster, 2009 Ultra Classic, 2012 Street Glide, and now have a 2013 Softail Slim. The excellent sales staff goes above and beyond to meet my needs, the financing is always the best rates, their service staff always does an amazing job on my bike each time (And they probably wash it more then I do) and all of my parts and accessories are purchased at the best prices.
